搬家真的超好..累..🥵，身為一個很會搬家的前異鄉遊子，搬家第一件事就是先把床搞定🛌。其他的之後再說，你沒睡好真的什麼都做不了

以前都習慣自己帶床墊，但搬進去不是自己的床墊，這三步我覺得真的很重要：
1.先吸床墊！對塵蟎過敏的孩子們真的要注意，不然會痛苦很久🤧
2.用織物清洗機把它洗！乾！淨！🫧
3.換上一套新的寢具，給自己一個清爽的開始😌

總共大概兩小時搞定，但睡起來真的差很多😴

喜歡素色跟睡得舒服的我，其實觀望他們的天絲系列一陣子了👀

天絲最大的特點就是透氣性很好、有吸濕排汗的效果。如果你是睡覺很容易熱的人，這真的很適合😎 而且台灣這麼熱跟悶，夏天根本是必需品。滿意外的是它其實不只是夏天，四季都適用，不用一直換季換被，這點非常讚🫶🏼

我以前覺得那種絲滑的觸感只有直上蠶絲才有辦法達到，但這套寢具真的讓我改觀！摸起來絲絲滑滑，很舒服！

Moving is honestly a lot🥵, but the one thing i never skip on is the sleep setup 🛌 everything else can wait, sleep comes first

here are three things i do if im not buying or bringing my own mattress.

1. vacuum the mattress!! this will prevent the sneezes and sniffles from haunting you🤧) 

2. power wash it so you sure its clean clean🫧 

3. fresh, cozy bedding for a fresh comfy start 😌 it all takes maybe 2 hour total (including the drying time). and sleep always feels so much better after it😴

this time i got to work with @and_house and honestly so happy I made this decision! 

i've been curious about Tencel for a while, especially after being more cautious about removing polyester where i can. Tencel, though technically semi-synthetic, is made from sustainably sourced wood pulp. And its great because it breathes really well and takes moisture away while you sleep. if you're someone who runs hot at night, this is genuinely the move😎 and in Taiwan where the summers are so warm and humid.. I can’t go back after this. what i didn't expect is that it's not just a summer thing, it's comfy and silky smooth year round, so you're not swapping sheets every season🫶🏼

i’ve always thought that you only get good silky texture with mulberry silk, but honestly this bedding has excelled! it feels clean and light against your skin

first night in the new place i slept so well.

new space, clean mattress, good sheets. that's really all it takes.
